Love Your Liver

March 1, 2018 by stephen@naahac.com

Love Your Liver – by Caitlin Rushton

With Spring right around the corner this is where your liver peaks with energy. The liver sends bloonl33d to targeted areas of the body nourishing your tissues. If your liver is not functioning fully you’re not getting enough clean blood to your tissues and you will tire easily, not be able to fight off pathogens as well and can affect your skin and muscles.

The goal is to find a perfect balance in your body, so you don’t want to detox your body if you are deficient, and you do not want to over nourish your body if it is already functioning at its best.

To find balance in the spring we have created two fantastic Herbal Teas for you to try. Available in house only through our Wisely Living Brand. Ask for a sample next time your in.

For those days you feel you need a little more nourishment Nourish Liver has herbs such as Nettle and Krishna Holy basil to strengthen the function of the liver with gentle moving herbs like peppermint to keep everything free flowing.

For those finding they need a little cleansing, our Liver Detox tincture has herbs like dandelion root, burdock root and milk thistle seeds that are balanced with gentle nourishing herbs like licorice root and schisandra Berries.
